How can we optimize the creation of requirements, designs, and functionality?

 

Observed challenges:

  • Context isn’t well documented in some cases

  • Overarching functional and technical requirements are hard to understand

  • Implementers may not have domain experience

  • Hard to gauge feasibility of designs / approaches prior to actually implementing a feature
