This retro is for the S74: 3.5.0 Release

  • Only have paid testers during sanity

  • Having more frequent meetings throughout the sanity week.

    • Allows the testers to give updates

    • Give feedback

  • Get more testers ($$$)

    • Have one group test from the beginning of the script

    • Another group focus on the new functionality

  • Allowing non-paid testers to test during sanity: our focus is on bug squashing and opinions/suggestions can complicate this.
