Discussion topics:

• Revisit ownership of documents and sections in sprint docs

• Sprints? (do we need more stakeholders here to discuss?)

• Technical research for easy open source integrations?

   Current challenges:

   1. Frequency may be too high

   2. Limited input from the team

Next steps:
- Divya will create a document with prompts and take the lead on meetings moving forward
- Combine retros with planning

2. Planning
   Current challenges:

   1. Too flexible and no clear or specific goals

Proposed approach:
1. On Tuesdays, Divya and Anto will identify priorities and tickets for the upcoming sprint
2. The proposed sprint scope will be shared with devs ahead of the Thursday planning meeting
3. During the meeting, devs will provide feedback, push back where needed, and help shape clear sprint goals

3. Technical Research
   Goal: Accelerate development by identifying helpful open-source tools (e.g., UI libraries, AI integrations)
   Ideas:

   • Explore, spike, and build small POCs

   • Start small — one initiative per month?
