Background

This retro is for the S80: Thursday, February 1st - Wednesday, February 14th

Please add comments before the meeting! We’ll take a few minutes to add additional comments and discuss, then put together action items to operationalize suggestions.

Last sprints (S79) retro is here: S79 Retrospective

Discussion topics:

How are once a week stand-ups working for folks?

  • Scope of Monday discussion is the week or the day?

    • Bot always daily? Meeting is weekly?

  • Monday morning prompts could be helpful

  • Daily dev meeting is helpful

  • Does non-dev have a similar concept?

  • What do we do when Monday is a holiday? Same thing on Tuesday?
