For Duncan having meetings mid-day is a challenge
Suggestion: Use Slack statuses more rigorously - turn off notifications and be unavailable for X hours
Joyce felt that meetings are less distracting than async notifications - if we do a quiet day, it should be quiet across the board
Sayaka feels there are some unnecessary meetings - if one person is going to tackle a bug, the whole team doesn’t need to be there.
