Should contributors to the LiteFarm code base be commenting their code?

@Duncan Brain had suggested using jsDocs. @Anant Sunilam Awasthy (Unlicensed) and @James Douglas (Unlicensed) pointed out a few tools that will pull through information about the commit for the line of code you’re looking at. Agreement to come back to this with more informed positions.
