Discussion topics:

  • Backlog grooming – when are we grooming actual backlog? Do we need to do this?

    • David Trapp: is this due to the release tempo / pattern being thrown off and we don’t have time? For now (in management transition phase) the current could be okay

    • Duncan Brain we could use labels in Jira to greater effect (e.g. to indicate the part of the application affected) to make it easier to find bugs that belong in a certain release
